Full payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made with Allure Events by Angie, LLC, DBA Beach Blonde Events, and all our affiliates shall be held harmless under all circumstances before, during, and after your event. A 3% charge will be added by Square for debit/credit card processing.

Q&A
Are alcoholic beverages permitted?
Yes. You are permitted to bring your own beverage of choice. Glass and ceramics are strictly prohibited on our beaches, and fines will be administered by the county for any non-compliance, which will be the responsibility of the party booking the event. However, during the month of March, there is no alcohol permitted on the sandy beach.
What happens if it rains at the time of my event?
If extreme weather is forecasted for the time of your event that would prohibit the event from being able to take place, another date would be considered. If another date cannot be agreed upon, a partial refund of the package price minus applicable permitting fees, specialty décor, and a $100 non-refundable reservation fee may be obtained, with that decision made 4 to 6 hours from the start time of your event. All food will be delivered to your condo/residence.
What is your service/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the event date will result in a full refund of the package price minus applicable permitting fees and a $100 non-refundable reservation fee. Should you have to cancel, please call (334) 701-3269 or email beachblondeevents@gmail.com. If canceled two days prior, a partial refund will be issued. If canceled on the day of the bonfire, no refund will be issued. A full refund for the catering will be issued if canceled five or more days prior to the bonfire. Please note that food must be paid in full at the time of booking.
